9m Coble "Gentle Barbara II" with engine problems 400m from the beach at Filey with 2 persons on board, drifting towards Filey Brig, vessel towed back to beach at Coble Landing Filey.

Launch to search for overdue angler believed to be fishing in Filey area, searched North of Brig and South to Bempton, nothing found all units returned to station

Launching to 2 persons in inflatable off Primrose Valley cancelled after persons made their way back to beach as ILB was preparing to launch.
Tuesday 29th August
2 persons cut off at Club Point, North of Filey. Persons located by Filey Coastguards 40 feet up cliff, they lowered them to the cliff base where the Ilb picked them up and transported them back to Filey

5m Rowing Coble with 3 POB reported in difficulty 1 mile East of Filey, vessel located and towed back to Filey

5m Angling boat Sandpiper II with engine failure 1 mile South East of Filey. 3 Persons on board. Vessel towed back to Filey

Monday 27th February
Request from police to recover body from Reighton Area, Due to a very heavy surf, it was deemed unsuitable to recover the body with the lifeboat and it returned to station. The body was later recovered by helicopter 128 and Filey Coastguards
